Ages 21 & Up
Day Center
Since April 2014, Melissa's Sunshine Camp has been providing a Day Activity Service from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM. Designed for individuals 21 years and older with intellectual or physical disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder, this program offers a supportive and engaging environment where participants can learn, grow, and thrive.
Personalized Activities & Expert Guidance
Participants take part in carefully adapted activities designed to maintain and develop their skills. Under the supervision of a specialized education technician and a social animator, each individual receives the support they need to engage meaningfully in daily experiences that promote personal growth and enrichment.
Skill Development & Independence
This service focuses on strengthening four essential skills: fine and gross motor skills, which enhance coordination and movement; autonomy, encouraging independence in daily tasks; socialization, helping participants build meaningful connections and improve communication skills; and creativity, allowing individuals to express themselves through arts, games, and interactive activities.


March Break Day Camp
Our March Break Camp offers a fun and supportive environment for individuals with intellectual or physical disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder. This week-long program provides engaging activities that promote socialization, creativity, and skill development, all under the care of trained staff and specialized educators.Campers enjoy a variety of experiences, including outdoor games, arts and crafts, music and movement, sensory-friendly activities, and themed events, ensuring a memorable and enriching break filled with learning, laughter, and new friendships.
Ages 5 to 20
6-Day Summer Camp
Our 6-day summer day camp offers an exciting and inclusive experience for children, teens, and young adults ages 5 to 20. Designed for individuals with intellectual or physical disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder, this program provides a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where campers can explore, learn, and have fun.
Engaging Activities & Supportive Environment
Throughout the week, campers participate in a variety of adapted activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction. Under the supervision of trained staff and specialized educators, every camper receives the care and encouragement they need to fully enjoy the camp experience.
Building Skills & Creating Memories
The program helps develop motor coordination, independence, socialization, and self-expression through engaging activities like outdoor games, arts and crafts, music and movement, sensory-friendly activities, and themed events and outings, fostering fun, growth, and connection.
